Tirupati: Actor-turned-politician and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan today made comments over his association with the BJP. He said he was never away from the saffron party and was continuing his association with that party in the same manner.
Speaking to mediapersons here today, Pawan Kalyan said the ruling YSRCP leaders should thank him as he hadn’t contested the elections in alliance with the BJP and the TDP and helped the ruling party to come to power. He said the YSRCP leaders should thank him with folded hands for his help. He made it clear that he opposed them on the issue of special status to Andhra Pradesh State. He also alleged that the State government was wasting time by leveling allegations on the failures of the previous government and failed to focus on the problems faced by the people.
